mice do not get along well enough to plan to put more than one in a cage. They get along at first, then you start noticing bites on them, until one basically kills another until only one is left. Or they die of infection. Mice also are too small for that cage. They can get out through the bars of a hamster cage.

Who is responsible for making the "cost to cure" repairs in order to get an FHA loan underwritten?

We have a house under contract and the appraiser put "cost to cure" in her report. None of the bedrooms have floor coverings but 2 of them have painted floors. The cost to cure is a result of the unpainted floor. Mortgage broker says FHA will not underwrite the loan unless it is fixed. Who fixes it? We already have the carpet we want picked out. Would hate to have to go in and tear up brand new carpet over something so minor. Any ideas or answers are appreciated.

I am going to be moving into a new apartment complex that requires separate Satellite Dish insurance?

Am moving into new apt. complex - is prewired for Comcast Cable & the apt. company pushes Comcast Cable on everybody. No other cable companies are allowed in but legally they can't keep you from getting Dish Network or DirectTV but they try to make it difficult by requiring you to get a separate rider on your renters insurance that covers the apt. complex & its residents from damages / injuries caused by the satellite dish (yeah right, I know, how is the dish going to damage or hurt anybody?) the thing is NO insurance company will add an apartment complex & all of its residents to my renters insurance policy & all of the insurance companies tell me this is a ridiculous request that is impossible to fulfill, but without this extra "insurance" the apartment complex won't allow Dish or DirectTV to be installed. So I'm thinking this is their way of making sure you have no choice but to use Comcast, perhaps they get kickbacks? How can I bust thru this monopoly?

I think you need more practice. It doesn't necessarily suck, it just need more disreptions. So the reader doesn't get bored. Plus introduce your characters somehow in the experct because as I was reading it, I found myself lost some where towards the end.

I love the idea of time travel, but Im skeptical because if it were possible, why wouldn't we be seeing our future selves, or perhaps our great great grand children walking around? Hell, thats a boring answer... I reckon our other selves are out there... I think my past self needs a bit of a slap for some of things he's done which is a shame... But then I hear my future self is getting increasingly handsome! Well, you win some, you lose some...!

So i have an itchy bumpy rash on my and need help....?

So its on my and back of my uppper thighs. Ive had it for several weeks i havnt used new detergent or anything. The bumps start small but slowly get bigger they arent red unless i scratch them. No puss or white head on them and its not acne either. Theyre hard bumps that dont hurt but are super itchy. Calamine lotion helps the itch for a bit but not long, sometimes the bigger bumps flake off the top when scratched but the bump stays. What the heck is this?
