Farewell to Arms; Code Hero: Catherine?

in the book, "farewell to arms", it exemplifies code hero traits in Catherine and Henry. i know how to do henry, but i'm in a group and they wanted catherine. i need examples of her being a code hero with citings from the book or even a general chapter area where she showed she was being a code hero. i only need one trait really, thx.
