Minecraft SMP hack for my own server (not others)?

I have my own server where me and my friends play and just goof around and stuff nothing serious. We have the xRay mod for finding gold or diamond faster, the fly mod (which i dont like cause it creates lag and loads to much), but is there anything else. for instance i know people hack in items to other servers, how would my friends do that so i dont have to type in /give [name] [id #] 64 .... like 1000 times. lol i give everyone diamond stuff , that 8 per person (armor swords axe ect.) and i have 5 friends ... thats about 40 times every time we are finished killing eachother ... basically im looking for "hacks" for my friends to download that way i dont have to op them but they can summon items
