Is it possible to complete commercial pilot training (PPL, IR, CPL) while pregnant?

I am a married female going into commercial flight training. I know that pregnancy can really disrupt the career progression of a female airline pilot. Is it possible to complete flight training to CPL while pregnant, or does the FAA medical (or various other pregnancy-related complications) make this impossible? If possible, would it be better to have children while I am still in school, or is having children as an airline pilot not as difficult as it is made out to be? Thanks!
