Can someone show me the federal civil complaint alleging First Amendment violations filed by Fox News?

The pool had been certified by courts in Washington and elsewhere around the country as part of the public debate, so excluding Fox from news events would have been highly likely to be judged a civil rights infraction, had the White House scheme succeeded.
