Why cant i sleep?

hi lake off sleep is just one of the worst things; i am 61 i love going to bed and having a good night,s sleep; but it Duse not happen;i have a loving" wife" if i see some thing to do with the army on the TV; it all come.s running back my army life;not telling were i have Ben; i some time,s have a hot bath; and a hot drink; and think of some thing ; that i love doing; no not that ; going to Canada, going a way for the weekend; Reading, so i have Ben told; can not stand reading mike
