What should I do? Please help!?

Guys, I've known this friend of mine for 6yrs. We hardly contact ever since we left school. I used to like her in school for 2yrs and she knows it. But it was to no avail as timing was always wrong. Recently we started to have contact again. But not much and we are working together in the same company as Part-timers. She was the one who ask me to join the MLM (Mult-Level Marketing) company she was in. And the criteria is only limited to 3 persons for a single person. I was one of the 3 chosen by her. How do I move on from here? My feelings for her starts coming back. And we don't really talk much. What should I do? Can any kind souls please guide me? Thank you.
