Can you re train in the Air Force after 24 months if the job is critical?

Yes, You COULD Cross Train. But All Cross Training Has To Be Approved By Your Commanding Officer. Im Not Too Sure If Its 24 Months Exactly, But Yes, They Do Have A Time Frame Or "Cross Train" Window, For First Term Airmen (ppl who are still on their initial contract)
