Will I be able to use a digital hybrid phone on a regular phone line?

I noticed that the digital hybrid phone that I got has four conductors as opposed to two that is used on home phone systems. I have been trying to make this work. Do I need some sort of converter to be able to use this phone and do I have to subscribe to bell on a four line phone system? This phone is a panasonic phone KX-T7667. This is the phone with the intercom, transfer etc.
