Any good sites for Custom Running Jerseys/Singlets?

Just started a road racing team/club. We'd like to have nice uniform tops to wear to our races. Anyone know of any decent websites where you can design your own jersey top? I dont want one that just has you upload a picture and call it a day. I'm looking for a legit thorough designer. Thanks should be easy 10 pts for those who know.
