Could it be the CDI???? ATV Wont Start?

What type of Quad is this? Take the spark plug wire and take the spark plug cap off the wire and cut the wire back about 1/8 of a inch and then put the cap back on and try that. It could be the neutral switch or the oil switch. Or any other type of kill system on the quad.
