How do i get pus off my ear?

I had my ears pierced about 3 or 4 years ago. My ears got infected and i had to take the ear ring out because i was in so much pain. I want to get rid of the ball so bad im willing to do anything but a needle. Peroxide, sea salt, toothpaste. Anything that can get the puss ball gone so I can peirce them again. Also neither of my ears bleed or have puss come out anymore.
