Is it possible to get infected with pancreatic cancer by respiratory way?

Pancreatic cancer is not an infection . . cancer is your own cells . . your own DNA which has mutated for unknown reasons. It isn't foreign in the body, which is one reason the body does not recognize that anything is 'wrong' when cancer is growing. So . . no you cannot get infected . . nor can you use the word infected in relationship to pancreatic cancer . . it has nothing to do with infection. It's your own unique individual DNA and it cannot be ped on to another person.
