My new hamster won't drink! :'(?

He's fine. My Chinese hamster did the same thing when I first got her. All they want to do is establish where they can bury their food, sleep, etc. So just give him a while to settle down. Maybe if you weren't standing there watching him he'd go off to drink instead of staring at you staring at him. Tap the water bottle drinking spout with your finger to make sure water is coming out, also.
