We need to get off this planet.?

Honestly, how is leaving Earth going to stop the self destructive behavior of humanity? It doesn't matter if we found a way to travel and live in the edge of the universe, we still end up killing each other along the way. And like one guy pointed out, for all we known there might not be a human race in a million years becuase humans like any other creature here on Earth would have evolved into another totally different species, if by chance we are lucky enough to not to kill each other by then.
